This is one of my favorite pieces I have made this year. I started with a slump mold, and then sculpted the flowers and vines and attached them. I used regular glaze, and I also love how that turned out. I was very careful to do lots of coats, and to blend the glaze on the petals thorougly. I was worried that the pink wouldn't be bright enough, but it is. I gave it to my mom for mothers day, and she appreciated it very much. Overall, I am very proud of this piece, and I think it displays how I have improved my precision and detail over these past two years.
